HISTORY
Mera Window Fashions was founded in 1996 in the back portion of a retail store, manufacturing blinds and shades for the two current managing partners. Their first claim to fame was that they were "the manufacturers of what they sell" and from a retail perspective it was just the right amount of marketing creativity, along with a major investment of time and effort that a retail store required to get its feet off the ground. Mera eventually moved into its own production space of 3000 sq. ft. in January of 2007 and in the following ten years out grew and moved their manufacturing plant two additional times and into it's current home in Concord. With age on their side and the strength and determination to succeed, George with his commitment to fabricating only the best blind & shades possible, persevered forward in a very competitive environment featuring design excellence, first-rate materials, and unwavering attention to production detail. More than 14 years later, Mera Window Fashions is a recognized leader with a solid reputation for designing, fabricating and automating "custom sun shading systems for every point of view"
